conditions. Optimal soaking conditions exist during summer and fall;

This little, murky soak gave-way to a most enjoyable experience. We
had to wait in line for only a few minutes before soaking in the hot
water, but ended up meeting some friendly people in the process.
There was a bum guy however who was taking his time in the area,
mostly to stare at whatever female was soaking naturally in the
pool.
